Abstract / 摘要

Image fusion aims to effectively integrate key information and complementary features from multiple image sources, thereby enhancing scene understanding and intelligent decision-making. With the rapid advancement of multi-sensor imaging systems, deep learning, and cross-modal representation learning, image fusion has evolved from traditional signal processing approaches toward data-driven intelligent perception, becoming a key enabling technology for medical imaging, remote sensing, autonomous driving, intelligent surveillance, and military reconnaissance.

This forum will present the latest research progress and emerging trends in image fusion, focusing on core challenges including cross-modal feature alignment, semantic-guided fusion, structure-preserving mechanisms, and explainable image fusion. Discussions will also cover representative application scenarios across different domains. Furthermore, the forum will explore objective and subjective evaluation metrics, task-oriented assessment methods, and benchmark construction, aiming to establish more scientific, fair, and generalizable evaluation standards for image fusion technologies.
图像融合旨在有效集成多源图像中的关键信息与互补特征,从而提升对复杂场景的认知精度与智能决策效能。随着多传感器成像系统的快速普及以及深度学习、跨模态表示学习等技术的迅猛发展,图像融合正从传统信号处理方法迈向数据驱动与智能感知阶段,已成为医学成像、遥感监测、自动驾驶、智能安防与军事侦察等领域的关键支撑技术。本次论坛将系统梳理图像融合领域的最新研究进展与发展趋势,探讨跨模态特征对齐、语义引导融合、结构保持机制及可解释性增强等核心问题。论坛还将围绕典型应用场景展开深入交流。此外,论坛将关注图像融合的客观与主观评价以及下游任务驱动评估方法,探讨如何构建更加科学、公平和可推广的评测标准。
