Abstract / 摘要

• Image fusion aims to effectively integrate key information and complementary features from multiple image sources, thereby enhancing scene understanding and intelligent decision-making. With the rapid advancement of multi-sensor imaging systems, deep learning, and cross-modal representation learning, image fusion has evolved from traditional signal processing approaches toward data-driven intelligent perception, becoming a key enabling technology for medical imaging, remote sensing, autonomous driving, intelligent surveillance, and military reconnaissance.
• This forum will present the latest research progress and emerging trends in image fusion, focusing on core challenges including cross-modal feature alignment, semantic-guided fusion, structure-preserving mechanisms, and explainable image fusion. Discussions will also cover representative application scenarios across different domains. Furthermore, the forum will explore objective and subjective evaluation metrics, task-oriented assessment methods, and benchmark construction, aiming to establish more scientific, fair, and generalizable evaluation standards for image fusion technologies.

图像融合旨在有效集成多源图像中的关键信息与互补特征，从而提升对复杂场景的认知精度与智能决策效能。随着多传感器成像系统的快速普及以及深度学习、跨模态表示学习等技术的迅猛发展，图像融合正从传统信号处理方法迈向数据驱动与智能感知阶段，已成为医学成像、遥感监测、自动驾驶、智能安防与军事侦察等领域的关键支撑技术。本次论坛将系统梳理图像融合领域的最新研究进展与发展趋势，探讨跨模态特征对齐、语义引导融合、结构保持机制及可解释性增强等核心问题。论坛还将围绕典型应用场景展开深入交流。此外，论坛将关注图像融合的客观与主观评价以及下游任务驱动评估方法，探讨如何构建更加科学、公平和可推广的评测标准。
