Submission Guideline

All the papers received will be passed to the program chair who is in charge of the peer review process and will assign at least two suitable technical committee members as reviewers for each paper whose areas of expertise match the topics of the papers. The review comments will be sent back to the program chair who will make decisions about submissions. The conference secretary will then inform the corresponding authors about the review results. The papers which need revisions will be required to be sent back within the stipulated time, and only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. Please look out for emails from the conference secretary.

Peer Review

The Committees of ICCBD invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing sessions to enable participants to gain maximum benefit. By submitting a paper to ICCBD, authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process.

Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission is accepted — the authors submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account this feedback.

All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.

The degree to which the paper deals with the above issues is fundamental to a successful review. The most frequent cause of rejection is a lack of new results. Duplicated submissions to concurrent conferences must be avoided. All submissions will be reviewed on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the conference scope, originality, significance, and clarity.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. All manuscripts are submitted as full papers and reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential, and accepted papers must be revised according to referees' comments before inclusion in the proceedings.

Dual / Double Submissions

By submitting a manuscript to ICCBD, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to ICCBD. As a rule of thumb, ICCBD submissions should contain no more than 30% of material from previous publications. Violation of these conditions will lead to rejection.

Plagiarism

ICCBD 2026 is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper, and scholarly citations to the work of others. Authors must clearly identify their own contributions and any published results/techniques on which they build. Reviewers ensure these standards are met.

If the author is found to commit plagiarism, the following sanctions may be applied:
