Registration Types

• Author Registration – Full paper publication
• Presenter Only – Oral presentation without publication
• Listener Only – Attend conference without submission

Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. The conference organizer will not accept any service charges associated with the bank transfer. Please return the filled registration form and payment proof to the conference secretary after completing the registration process.

Conference Package

• Listener Registration: Access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch & dinner, conference materials, certificate.
• Presenter and Abstract: All sessions, meals, materials, 15-minute presentation, certificate.
• Full Paper and Publication: All sessions, meals, materials, presentation, certificate, and paper published in conference proceedings.

• Notice: Registration and payment should be made through official channels. 请务必通过官方渠道注册。
• Students Rate: Applicable only if first author and presenter is a student with valid student ID. 学生价需出示学生证。
• Additional Papers: Discount for second paper by same first author (maximum 2 papers).
• Registration Procedure: Authors follow acceptance letter instructions. Listeners download the registration form and email it after payment.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Delegates should book their own hotels.

Refund Policy

• 60+ days before conference: 70% refund
• 30-60 days before conference: 50% refund
• Within 30 days: No refund
• Refunds must be requested via email
• Organizers reserve the right to change the conference dates or venue due to force majeure

Safety Tips

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Bring your name badge to enter the conference halls.

ICCBD conferences can only provide an Invitation Letter for visa purposes. Registration fee is non-refundable if visa is denied.
