Registration Types

• 1- Author registration for full paper publication
• 2- Presenter Only without paper publication
• 3- Listener Only without any submission

Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. The conference organizer will not accept any service charges associated with the bank transfer. Please return the filled registration form and payment proof to the conference secretary after completing the registration process.

Conference Package

• Listener Registration: All sessions, morning & afternoon tea, lunch & dinner, conference materials, certificate.
• Presenter and Abstract: All sessions, tea, meals, conference materials, 15-min presentation, certificate.
• Full Paper and Publication: All sessions, tea, meals, conference materials, 15-min presentation, certificate, paper published in conference proceedings.

Registration Tips | 注册须知

• Notice: Registration and payment should be made through official channels. The organizing committee will not request credit card information for rooms or tickets. 请务必通过官方渠道注册，会务组不会主动索要信用卡信息。
• Students Rate: Applicable only if first author and presenter is a student with valid student ID. 学生价需出示学生证。
• Additional Papers: Discount for second paper by same first author, max 2 papers. 超过部分按原价。
• Registration Procedure: Authors/presenters follow instructions in acceptance letter. Listeners download registration form, pay, and email to conference secretary. 听众请下载表格并提交注册。

Safety Tips

Take care of your belongings in public. Bring your name badge to enter conference halls. Do not lend it or bring unrelated people. Organizers are not responsible for lost personal items.

ICCBD Conferences are not authorized to assist with VISA applications beyond providing the Invitation Letter. Registration fee is non-refundable if VISA is denied.

Payment

Bank Transfer (send email to iccbd@academic.net). Registration will only be completed via the conference system. The organizing committee will never ask for credit card information.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in registration fee. Delegates should reserve rooms themselves. Conference staff will not request personal card information for booking. Please do not trust anyone else.

Refund Policy

• 60+ days before conference: 70% refund
• 30-60 days before conference: 50% refund
• Within 30 days: no refund
• Refunds must be requested via email
• Organizers reserve the right to change dates or location due to force majeure; refund policy does not apply in such cases
